About ESG - What is ESG? YMCA SCOUTING AND JUNGSCHAR European Scouting and Jungschar Group (ESG) is a program group within the European Alliance of YMCAs (EAY). It is a platform of Scouting and Jungschar leaders within the EAY. The main objective of the ESG is to be a forum for co-operation and discussion of Scouting and Jungschar within the EAY.   YMCA Scouting If the goals in the scout program correspond with the goals of YMCA as well as WOSM, it is YMCA Scouting. The YMCA scout organisations are a part of, or co-operate with the national YMCA movement and might also be a part of, or co-operate with WOSM at national level   YWCA Scouting Similar as for YMCA Scouting with references to YWCA and WAGGGS.   YMCA Jungschar YMCA youth program for Christian education using the method of scouting. The Jungschar might also co-operate with Christian churches.   Co-operation between ESG and WOSM A co-operation has been established between ESG and European Scout Committee of WOSM.
