Once a year ESG-people come together to have an annual meeting.
This is written down in the terms of reference.

Normally it is included in the ESG Seminar/Leadershiptraining.
Topics for the discussion are future projects like jamboree or seminar, PR-matters (newsletter, webpage, ...), candidates for executive committee, EAY-events, contact to countries, not included in ESG, ...)

The executive committee meets twice a year, to prepare the seminar and annual meeting. They work on intensive with the decisions and the tasks they got from the delegations at the annual meeting.

The results of all these meetings are written down by the secretary.
